1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

All paid plans come with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with PingForge for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. No questions asked.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at dlfmaek@gmail.com with your account email and the reason for the refund (optional). We will process your request within 3-5 business days.

3. Refund Processing

All payments and refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles the refund transaction and the funds will be returned to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Annual Plans

For annual subscriptions, if you request a refund after the 14-day guarantee period, we offer a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of your subscription. The refund amount is calculated based on the remaining full months in your billing cycle.

5. Exceptions

Refunds are not available for accounts that have been terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service.
