  • Send downtime alerts via email, Slack, or Discord.

3. Third-Party Services

  • Supabase: Database and authentication.
  • Paddle: Payment processing (Merchant of Record). Paddle handles all billing data under their own privacy policy.
  • Microsoft Clarity: Analytics and session recording to understand how users interact with the site.
  • Resend: Transactional email delivery for alerts and notifications.

4. Data Retention

  • Monitoring data (check results, screenshots, response times): Retained for 30 days, then automatically deleted.
  • Account data: Retained until you delete your account or request deletion.
